They use an 'Infra Red Laser 980nm' to get those massive ranges, the sniper is listed with an 800m range
I stand corrected, sniper rifle is only listed as '10m to max'

It looks to me that they convert Airsoft guns into real 'laser' guns. They say they have an eye safe laser.....as far as I know there are no real eye safe lasers? But I am not a techie...;)

isn't the 800m is under the real sniper rifle column? they dont actually state the range of their taggers, only 10m to max, whatever that is.
well their lasers must be eye safe if they have a business using them. They must have been keeping fairly quiet about it though.

Minimum range 10 meter? So you can't shoot anyone at close range?...:(

Strange that they are using the name "Adventure Sports" throughout their site, but I'm pretty sure there's no affiliation with Adventure Sports HQ, as they already have a UK distributor.
With a decent lens setup using IRLED and TSOP you should get over 100 meters in bright sun. At night we've hit 250 meters until we ran out of street. One of my videos shows taking hits at around 200 yards in day time (as measured by Google Earth).
I would think lasers would get you out closer to real weapon ranges, but suppose it depends on the mW output.

i was just talking to one of there reps.she said quote
"They are either replica weapons or made from converted hi quality airsoft weapons
special lasers we use are manufactured to our specifciation by a Canadian company and we have just win a order to supply the British Army for basic training .".
i also talked about pricesw and yes there pretty costly around 1300 pounds a gun thats like almost double in canadian money

Adventure Sports is a manufacturer, but their guns look nothing like these....so I think there might be a misunderstanding between those two in future?...

.....converted hi quality airsoft weapons....to supply the British Army for basic training
What? The British Army is going to train with toy guns?? Really?
I hope it's a retrofit for their REAL weapons, not Airsoft.
